voices for navman f20

hi all,
a friend of mine has a navman f20 and was wondering if it is possible to be able to change the directional voice as with tom toms on this system,unfortunately i do not know enough about navman sat navs to give him an answer so any advice would be gratefully accepted.

It's funny how people always say "a friend of mine" when they are too embarrassed to admit it's their own, I don't blame you really. I have this friend that has an F20 and I can't get it connected to my pc, and it's driving me crazy.
