MS Autoroute export or conversion?

Hi,

I used to use MS Autoroute and consequently have added loads of personal POI’s, but now use an alternative programme.

Is there a way to export these, preferably as a text file or spreadsheet file?
or
Is there a way to extract the POI’s from the .axe file?

Now sorted

Now found the answer at www.gpsu.co.uk/features.html which is for a file called GPS Utility 4.10.7 which imports a wide variety of files which can be exported/saved in a variety of formats used by various programs.
