GARMIN aftersales service - FANTASTIC

My Garmin i3 of 4 months developed a fault and I sent the unit back on Tuesday this week, and got a new i3 Friday morning of this week.
That is fantastic service.

unit's fault? - the unit's back socket has lost the grip it needs to attach to the ball of the screen assembly. (Plastic inside the socket).

plus they dont ask you any questions or make you to follow long procedures. I guess this kind of service it justifies the money we have to pay for their products

I too have had a problem with my i3 in that the usb port fell apart, Contacted garmin via e mail and had a reply from Phil Wildman asked for the serial no. he then gave me an rma no. Sent off Saturday and new unit on weds. Aftersales service to be very proud of.
