Can anyone help me to get rid of the following problem :
when using the navigation command from my contacts files,I get the following error message : " tom tom can not execute this command"

Pls note that when using the " showing the map" command ,everything works fine

Of course I asked the support of tomtom. But tomtom support has been quiet for too long ....
I even made a hard reset of my PPC. No change

You are probably asking your TomTom to work out a to route somewhere in your contacts book. Where are you asking TomTom to calculate the route from? It will give this error if you only set a destination and not a departure point.

If you have your GPS on-line it should calculate your route from your current GPS position. If you go into TomTom and set wherever you want as your departure then go into contacts, it should navigate to where you want to go to.

It would be better if TomTom came up with the query as it would with a similar internal request similar to "Do you want to use your last known position as your depature point?"
