Sharp GX29 and accessing contacts through TT710

Hi All,

I have a little problem with using a Sharp GX29 mobile phone with the TomTom710.

It connects OK and I can dial out using the 710 and I can answer using the 710.

But what I can’t do is access the ‘Contacts’ on the phone through the 710. The ‘Get numbers from phone’ button is shown (not dulled), but when pressed, it states ‘This feature is not supported’

Could it be just the phone or the 710 or do I have to activate something, somewhere?

Any thoughts please?

As the phone you are using is not on the official compatability list on the TomTom site there is very little you can do, if the hands free works then use it - it could be the actual phone doesn't support porting the numbers to your 710. You don't need to do anything other than selecting the icon, it would appear the default message you are getting is down to the phone - Mike
