I have to say I am new to this so here goes I just recently upgraded my maps on my TT700 with a promotion code I got when i bought my unit,now the question is: I have installed poi`s ie spped cams but they dont show on my tom tom ..when I open the tt up in my computer there are two folders one named ...western european maps size 1.27 gb and another named ..Western europe size 904 mb which do I install the POI into??? on the tom tom in the change maps option I have two western europe maps any help greatly appreciated

Just quickly check the dates of the two folders and I think you'll find the 904Mb one is more recent and is the updated map.

Using Win Explorer, you can copy the speed camera files - .ov2, .bmp (and .ogg if you use the voice warnings) across from old folder to new one. You'll have to go through "Enable" and "Warn when near" again. I haven't deleted my old map folder, because there are some parts of Europe which have now been excluded from the new one and who knows, when I grow up I might want to be a spy and work in one of them!

Thanks alot Dennis Ive done that and they are on the tom tom now so im off to test them Laughing Out Loud watch me come back with a ticket or two cheers mate

Don't forget the "Demo route " option. That way you can check your camera warnings work, without leaving the house!
