I downloaded it no problem you cant open it with poi edit as it's a TT ov2 file just unzip to destop then drag the ov2 and the bmp to your us map i changed the bmp file as it looks like another one i allready had

I never logged in to download, just browsed to the plus services section as I described before.

I am using a Mac and it uncompressed fine, dragged to TomTom and works too!
