Battery fully charged?

Hi,

is there anyway to tell when the battery is fully charged? From what i've seen, the light just stays yellow all the time?

Also... the TomTom Home Stand (USB Stand) has the power input in the side. Does anyone else have an issue with this? The power lead does not seem to fit snugly in, and any slight movement stops teh charging process.
