TTN6 or Orange SPV M3100

Hi all,
I've just upgraded to the M3100 and installed all my TT Navigator V6 bits to it yesterday. I too had the pausing during menus issue. I haven't done more than a run round town with it yet so I'll chip in if I do.

A couple of things I might share:

I seem to get this issue more if browsing without my GPS device (advance planning etc) so I wonder if it's searching for my GPS device which causes the problem. I'll keep an eye on it.
Since my M2000 I've always switched off incoming beams in connections. This seems to be an issue with cradles such as the Holux or ThinkNavi ones which use comm1 on the base of those models but I always turn it off anyway.
I have upgraded to 6.03 too and seem to have the problem less now. It says the device isn't compatible but it works fine. Did the same with the M5000 and no issues. I'll let you know if I get the issues shown here under this version (BTW Home won't do this unless you go through the back door with it. See http://www.tomtom.com/support/index.php?FID=6736&Lid=1 )

For what it's worth I find the smaller screen on the M3100 a bit less pleasurable compared with the M5000 but as a single use business device it's a breeze after the oversized M5000. Using a Brodit mount brings the device forward towards me in the car so it's compensated fo a little even if the detail is less. Still gets me there though!
