Is there any software that will allow me to take multiple ov2 files and combine them to 1 so that take up less space on my TOM TOM?

POIEdit will combine POI Files. They won't take up less space, but will use fewer categories.;)

I have POE Edit but can't see how to create my own files from other poe files. Is there a guide/how-to?

Under the File Option on the Menu Bar, there is Open for the First File, and Append for Opening all the other Files that you want to Append to the First.;)

There is also a Link in the Help Menu for on-line Help.
