Removing navigon from medion 175

Can some one please point out what i am doing wrong here?
I did the win ce hack no probs ages ago but never got it to run tomtom so i left it for a while. After doing some reading i found that some people had more success by removing navigon b4 installing tt ...
So I tryed to do this but the 175 nor the pc will let me remove the pc has the box checked but greyed out and dont do nowt and the 175 says that a load of .ini files are running so it cant be removed????
