poi warner error mio 269 +

i am having trouble with my poi warner, i managed to install it on my 269 + and download speed camera off here, but now when i try to connect my mio and poi warner all i get is a box saying transfer failed, error code 00030000 it also says to do a soft reset, i tried all that, but nothing, then i went on navigating.de web site to re down load off the link i got off them, but still nothing worked, but stupid me went and did a hard re set with on off button on the back, so lost poi warner from my sat nav, i e mailed navigating.de but not heared anything yet, so i was hoping someone on here has some answer's for me
