Bluemedia 6300 and camera locations and road maps

Hi, sorry if this is already covered but I've been browsing the forums for a while and cannot find the answer.

Do any of the databases work with the BM6300, please. I've looked at the zipped files downloaded from Evesham's web site and they are on the lines of: Gatso camera.dat . The software used is Destinator.
Also, are there any more-up-to-date UK maps available that would work with my PNA?
