subscription and login

Hello,
We are having a great deal of trouble, its gone on for almost 6 months. We have bought a subscription to 1 year's dowloads of speed cameras etc, and we can never seem to log in. I've created another registration just so I can post this message and ask for help.
Our real login is ken1200, our email is the same as ken12001, we cannot recall the confirmation code. However yesterday I got a new password, but, it doesn't work.
Please where do I enter the proof we are subscribers and get access to this stuff before our subscription runs out. We are so disappointed with this site, we have spent hours trying to log in etc. Maybe it is all just a big con?
Please help.
