Can you not install another browser? Such as Opera or Mozilla Firefox? |

Thanks Paul, just loaded Firefox and quite impressed by it as a browser and all the POIs downloaded first time.
Excellent :D |

I am also having problems. Traffic Camera POIs load easily on both my Tom Tom and my Garmin.
However the new POIs download an unrecognisable file. I tried to download a group and single files. I get the same result. NO OV2 or CSV files and no bmp files
I am using Explorer 6 sp2 to download.
I don't know what else to do
By the way this new scheme is a fantastic one.

as I said we have a fallback solution ready but we want to try to fix the IE issues first. In the meantime, can you use an alternative browser for the downloads? _________________ Lutz

Been using poiedit to update, but just checked and it would seem that some categories not included, specifically looked for park & ride, or am i being too early for poiedit being updated, comment(s) would be apreciated |

Hi aj
I think we should give them some breathing space as it was only yesterday that we first new about it I have also requested if anyone had any Poi's on disabled Toilet etc etc
I think we should wait till the new year before we start criticising

The BTYahoo! browser also fails to download these POI's correctly.
However, I downloaded Firefox 2 (as suggested) and no problems at all. _________________ TT GO 1005 |

Not criticising, just requesting information on whether updates will be compatible with poi edit |

I have now downloaded Firefox and have no problems with downloading. However it is not my preferred option but it works as a stop gap
