What to buy? Nuvi 300, TT 1, TT Classic or F20

Hi newbie here

As title says - What should I buy? Have just given my I3 to my parents & am looking for a new toy, but am confused as to what to buy.

Choices are:
Garmin Nuvi 300 for £170
TT1 V2 for £175
TT1 V1 incl Europe for £150
Navman F20 for £125
Route 66 Chicago 600 for £170

Which one do you guy's think would be best, have the most up to date maps, etc

All opinions taken on board, just looking for some thoughts really (or any others that you recommend)

TomTom One V3 (the V2 never really existed) it has the best user interface and the maps are about as up to date as can be expected. The others on list either suffer from poor postcode support or a poor HMI menu selection, shop around for the prices though and if you think you might be driving in Europe consider the Europe version it is cheeper than buying the extra maps later on - Mike
