MioMap3.2 Voice Config files

Has anyone got a good handle on the Voice configuration files for MioMap 3.2. The ones that I am talking about are zipped up in the Voice folder. The one I am particularly interested in is the commands_yd.csv.
More specifically, the whats happening in the Codes column and how are the commands associated with the templates interpreted? And the more obscure stuff in the Distance info i.e. the stuff in the [] in the example:-
300[equal,minsilence=10,if_not_2].
and the 'set_1' in 500[more,set_1]

The third column is pretty self explanatory, and I have changed a couple of them sucessfully.
