Navigon 5 Install Problem

When I run the install disk I get an error at the first screen.

Couldn't find library MSVCR80.dll (required by C:\Progra~1\Common~1\Office12\MSOXMLMF.DLL) please install

Office 12 is MS Office so why does Nav5 require access to this folder, I tried on another machine and it seems to run fine apart from I have not got active synch on that machine.

Can anyone help with problem
