have just completed a backup of my new 910, but now unit will not switch off. how do you reset the unit (presumably with a paper clip).
manual seems to show a reset button next to the multi pin plug on underside, but how do you operate this??is this normal after backing up on tomtom home??
many thanks

Sometimes a paperclip is too large in diameter to fit the hole, I use a pin it works better, simply insert the pin and give it a push, you will feel a click as the switch operates, I wouldn't say this is normal after a back-up but it isn't unheard of Wink - Mike
