Can't answer every country but I've got:
Benelux (Belgium, Holland @ Luxembourg) = 55mb
Spain & Portugal = 107mb
Switzerland = 22mb
Austria = 40mb
Germany = 168mb
UK = 100 - 175mb???
Hope this helps. |

You will have to change maps as you pass from one country to another, I used autoroute to work out the border crossings and set POIs at these points. Michelin also have a good website to help plan the route.
Map sizes: Belgium/Netherlands/Lux 55M; Germany/Austria/Swiss 229M; France 215M; GB 95M; Italy 164M; Scandinavia 128M; Spain/Portugal 109M. The countries can however be broken up into smaller chunks e.g. 64Meg.
Hope this helps

Personally I'd choose something like CoPilot Live for this task. Having to switch maps will be a real pain doing this length of journey in TomTom and space will be an issue. With CoPilot you can create a journey corridor map and download this to your storage card. |
