I just connected my TTG 500 to my PC using the USB cable. The PC doesn't detect the 500 any more (yes, the 500 is switched on). I tried a different cable, still no joy. I repeated the excercise on a different PC, same story. Sad

In all other aspects, the 500 works fine. Smile

Is the unit truly U/S, or is there a software issue that can be resolved?

Cheers.

It's working fine now Embarassed

With the unit switched off, I ejected and then inserted the memory card. When I powered it back on, it went straight into "connected to PC" mode, and my PC detected it. I guess the same thing would have happened if I'd done a reset.

It must have got its knickers in a twist. Confused

Had the same problem. Reset sorts it every time.
