New 510

OK just went and bought a 510 and after owning a 500 set about checking it out I have the following issues if someone could help:

The tomtom home software will not install the latest software because there is not anough room it says free up 1.4MB. I have not touched it so the SD card is like it come ?

On the bottom of the TOmTOm is says Go710 although oviosly I only bought a go510 and when the tomtom boots up and on the info part of the software is clearly says 510 ?

How do I know if I've got one of those dodgy mounts that i'm hearing about ?

Is it possible to get TTS on it, I heard they plugged a hole in it by the new software update but if I don't update is there a way and will I need someone with a go910 for files needed ?

I noticed on the SD Card it has TomTom Home install app and everything can I delete this ?

I thought I read that if you buy a 510,710,910 you will get a free map update when it becomes available ?

Sorted the Software update thing out, I deleted the files that was downloaded onto my computer for my tomtom 500 and then restarted the tomtom it said there is an update I clicked download/install and all worked fine but as I say the card ir very full. I've got those tomtom plus speed camera files on it, shall I get rid of them and add the pocketgps speed cameras ?

Why not keep them as they're free? Delete some of those foreign voices instead....

yeah,,, just make a copy of all the things you delete onto your hardrive...

on the 510 and 710 they both say 710.00 on the bottom..

the only differance is the maps.. one, major route of europe, the other DOOR to DOOR in Europe.
