I have been on the phone to Evesham and I have been told to reformat my 'MyStorage' disk. Having done this I need to find the CD and use the 'installer_uk.exe'
As you've probably guessed I can not find the CD!!!!! Does anyone know if I can get a copy of the file off the web?
Cheers
I have got the same problem. MobileNavigator.exe gives an 0xc0000005 exception. Reading http://groups.google.com/group/alt.satellite.gps/msg/1570dc1b2ccbf7ef and I think I need another copy of MobileNavigator.exe and its nothing to do with the maps. Could anybody send me a copy of the file or post like a md5 hash of theirs so I can compare it to mine.

I have a navcam 6200 which has just turned itself into a brick! Working one day just hangs on the startup screen the next. I have tried resetting by using both buttons but nothing!
reloaded the software off the CD without any change before finding this place.
My navcam is now about 15 months old so no way of taking it back, I have emailed evesham but not holding my breath!
I know I'm a bit behind the drag curve here, but I cannot for the life of me get my 6200 to find the maps.
I got TT6 all running nicely on a PPC emulator. Installed the maps etc directly onto my SD card, then copied the files from Program Files\Navigator onto the card as well.
TT6 runs nicely from the card on the emulator, but once everything is on the 6200, "Can't find maps"
I've copied the files into the My Docs folder, and I've even tried editing the CurrentMap.dat file but nothing.
I know some folk have had the same problem and overcome it, but I need a bit of help if anyone can remember that far back please.

Hi,
I'm new to the forum and to the world of Sat-navs and tweaking them.
Following the previous posts and guides, I have got the Windows 'desktop' working, but I have a could of questions.
1. It has been mentioned that the unit never really switches off, but goes into a 'stand-by' like mode. Can this be resolved?
2. I'm still using the built in navigation software, until I can find a suitable version of TomTom. When I quit the navigation program, it brings up the old, 4-icon menu. Is there a way to get it to go straight back into the Windows desktop?
3. Since the unit runs a basic version of Windows CE, are there any applications, programmes or games that could be installed?
