Where are my favourites stored?

I want to upgrade to TTN6 but ill lose all my favourites ive saved on TTN5.

I was wondering where they are stored on the SD card so i can copy them to my computer and then put them back in the same folder when TTN 6 is installed onto my PDA

They are stored in the CFG File in the Map Folder.

If transferred to V6 the File is called Mapsettings.cfg and I believe it works.

A much better idea is to convert them one at a time to a POI, as this is easier to manage.

I have upgraded from v5 to v6. Very pleased but have lost all my favourites. I backed up my old SD card. Is there a way i can transfer/recover these favourites & them put them on the v6 SD card??

I found the cfg file (Great_Britain_Plus-Map.cfg) but how do I extract the Favourites out of it?

V5 is no longer installed so I cant convert them to a POI & import them into V6.

Can i just copy Great_Britain_Plus-Map.cfg to the same folder on V6??
