low memory on TT1 v2

just been looking at the memory usage and it shows 29MB RAM (free 3.9MB)
that seems like a very low available memory, is this normal ?

Yes. It will vary quite a bit and TT will even use the SD Card as Virtual Memory, iof it needs to.
