Downloading Speed Camera Database Problems

I have successfully subscribed, I go to My Account where I see my remaining time. Example: Your subscription will expire in:
364 days, 23 hours, 52 minutes, 49 seconds, and see that I am logged on but when I try to go to speed camera database, it says "It would appear as if you are not logged in correctly if you are already a subscribed user please click here to log in using your userid and password." I log in and it confirms I am logged in and a start yet another vicious circle.
