Downloading Up to date TomTom maps

I have the original TomTom Go and my wife has the latest TomTom One.

Can I transfer the later maps on her "ONE" onto my computer then download them onto my "GO" ?

Not legally. You don't own the maps, you only have a licence to use them on one machine.
