Navigate to poi's

Hi all,

I have tomtom one europe running version 6.501. Work has given me poi file containing 200 points located throughout GB. Is there anyway to navigate to a poi in the same way you can to favourite? i.e.

to navigate to a favourite location you only need to click the "navigate to" icon then hit "favourites" and you get list of all your favourites.

When you try to navigate to poi you get asked to choose a poi near you or in a city or near home. I would like to be able to pick a poi category and then navigate to a point with that rather than close to a specific location?

The only way I can see round it is to move my work poi's into my favourites. Can the favourites hold 200 sites?

Hi Steve,

If the POIs you have been given from work are all under one category there shouldn't really be a problem.

If the category was Tesco for instance, you could click on:-

1. Navigate To

2. POI Near you

3. Choose category (in our case Tesco)

4. Select which Tescos you want to navigate to


I musst say TT 6 seems to have confused this by apparently slipping in an extra step.
