Help installing USA maps from DVD onto TomTom ONE

I have a tomtom ONE V2.
Just purchased the Maps of Usa and Canada on DVD for my trip to the states next week.

Tried installing through tomtom home on a new 1gb SD card. Everything installs fine until I get to the Sat Imagery files. When I try to copy those over it comes up with the error message:
Cannot install this item: USA. This file is included with the item but should not be there: thumbs.db

Help. It's driving me mad.

You probably have looked at the images on your desktop. you can safely delete that file.

Better yet, ignore the sat imagery. It is totally useless.
