HELP WITH TOM TOM RIDER!!!

I have a tom tom rider with latest downloaded software , running with a Nokia 6680. However whenever I try to download the phone book from my phone to the tom tom unit it flashes up on top right screen 'THIS PROCESS NOT SUPPORTED' !!!! I have tried resetting the settings on my phone but no success!! Any ideas anyone?

Is the 6680 on the supported list? If not then there isn't much you can do. You can manually create a contacts list on the RIDER though.
