I purchased a nuvi 360 about 5 / 6 weeks ago and the volume on it has been terrible from day1. When travelling 40 to 50mph you can hardly hear the voice instruction anything faster and its worse. I have called garmin , didnt get very far, give it time to settle in? sent them an e-mail over a week ago, no reply to date. I have also sent an e-mail to mnc group where I bought it from, replied advising me to install webupdater and connect to the garmin site and download updates???? and she had a garmin and hers was fine!!!

Anyway, who is supposed to sort it out ...garmin or mnc group, as I understood it, if anything is not up to the job its meant for then you can ask for a refund or replacement, so who do I deal with ?

Any advice appreciated....

Dil..

As per usual if you want something done, then do it yourself. Called into my local citroen garage where I got the C2 fro and apparently there is another cable / wiring loom set up for the stereo that they can put on which will then give me an extra connection for mp3`s etc, which means I can connect the satnav to the stereo. Should have it in by friday, will let you know how it turns out. Would make life a lot easier having playback through the car stereo system.

Regards....Dil

Hi Rawhide, mine seemed fine for a while, then gone again, not too bad when playing the mp3`s but as soon as its in the car and moving and if you have the window open a bit, you`ve had it. I just get annoyed when people just dont care, they`re quick enough to take £400 off you , any probs after that they dont want to know. Anyway I`ll see what this wiring kit is like from citroen, its only £21 so cheaper than the speakers I was going to buy, apparently its the same as what is there now but with the added mp3 connection. Plus I can use the nuvi and the mio through the stereo. I tried those wireless fm things but a few miles down the road it lost the signal.

Regards...Dil
