blue tooth firmware update

My Nuvi wants to up dtae bluetooth firmware but unit hangs and will not complete, any advice?

I had this problem on my NUVI. I did a reset using the buttton on the back of the unit and everything seemed fine. Iv got the NUVI 310. If that is any help.

Mine took 2 or 3 attempts on one of the bluetooth updates to sort itself out. Give it another couple of reboots / resets and if it's still not working right then it's time to talk to Garmin. However, I think it will sort itself out.
