POI Import to Mio C710

ive just bought a Mio c710 and i need help importing poi's, ive got bluetooth on my pc and i can see the file structure, but i need to know where to put the poi's and also what format the poi's are in, is it just a case of copy and paste or is it more, please can anyone help.Thanks
