How can (or CAN I) disable the speaker? I use the line out and when I play something I still hear the built in speaker as well, doesnt help much if I'm wearing headphones and don't want everyone else to hear my music.

Go to Change Preferences/ Speaker preferences and make sure both the "Play Music over external speaker" and "Play spoken instructions over external speaker" is selected, note you might need to select "Show ALL menu options" to actually get to this screen. I assume you are a passenger listening to the music, as driving with headphones on is a tad against the law - Mike
