No sound

I'm Using TomTom 500 with a Nokia 6680 yesterday I reset the factory settings installed the backup for my POI's and repaired my phone to the TomTom 500. The problem I'm getting is when some one ring me it answerer's but no sound comes out of my TomTom.
Can someone help me please

Update to the last one. Tried the Tom Tom And yes I got sound the then the stupid thing cut off again :x back to writing back to Tom Tom HQ

I went to my local retailer because a I had a 4 year extra warranty and they are going to give me new Tom tom 910 all I need to pay is £30 . Who said it's not worth paying the warranty if it was not for the warranty we would be stuffed. :D
