PLEASE HELP!

Hi i am a novice at this type of thing but basically i paid my subscription, and i am wishing to download speed camera warnings for the tomtom one, i am having no luck in finding the link to download this?
any help would be appreciated.

On the left of this screen is a heading MembersArea (£2). Just below it is a topic 'Speed Cameras'. Click on this link then make your selection. Once you have downloaded the .zip file it needs to be unzipped and then the files loaded to your device
