SAtNAv suggestions for a newbie

you won't get traffic warnings without subscription. With TMC you pay the subscription once, with internet traffic you pay it in intervals.

I've got a Sony Ericsson P800 and I want to buy satnav software for it. Looked on the different manufacturers sites but I still can't decide which one is the best. Also, as this is a UIQ phone, not all progs will work. Can anyone give me any advice?
