I don't know about postcodes, but from the press release:

Naturally, users can download points-of-interest, for example a database of restaurants, from the Internet and install them to the navigator.

Though in my (Scandinavia) version there isn't any warning system for POI's but this version doesn't support downloadable POI's officially either.

Well this doesn't help alot but have a nice day anyway ;)
