Help with POIs on Navman 550

I have a problem which I hope you may be able to help me with.

I have downloaded the POI’s to the Navman software, but cannot download it to the Navman 550 memory. I have therefore purchased an SD card and whilst the POI’s download to that, they still don’t show on the Navman.

Its obviously something I’m doing (or not doing as the case may be), but I don’t know what.

Can you shed any light on it for me?

Are you just copying them or are you using SmartST?

Been a while since you posted this but this is my first visit
I had a very similar problem turned out that I needed to create a folder to install the POIs into I still have the info buried somewhere on my PC if you still need help let me know

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
