i3 routing in Europe

Hi all,

Perhaps I'm losing my marbles, but I'm pretty sure that my i3 never used to allow route planning to places 'off the detailed map' (i.e. outside UK and northern France).

I was just messing with my i3 and found that I could choose Chamonix-Mont-Blanc from the City list and it would plot a route to that destination. I checked the route with Google Maps and it seems sensible.

Is this a new feature with F/W 3.20 or have I got a memory like... err... what do you call those things?

it will route to anywhere in europe..but the i3 will only show the very main roads (outside the uk and northern france) with no street level detail...
