Hello all,

Me again with another awkward question!

Downloaded and installed the June 06 speed camer database from this site, everything seemed to be successful. This weekend I had to make a long trip up to North east london right the way from devon.

In the 5 hour drive I never received one speed limit / camera warning - directions were audible as usual.

Any ideas?

Have you checked that your proximity alerts are set (look in "settings" when you turn the unit on) ?

Also, have you checked that the Speed Camera POI's have actually loaded onto your i3.
Where to , Food, Hotels & More , Custom Points.

You should see lots of Gatso entries if they have loaded correctly.

Hi guys

Thanks for the replies.

The prox alert was set to on.

I rechecked the custom points and to my surprise there were no "gatso" points in there even though I had checked and they were on my last upload.

I have just realised what I did, I uploaded the cam database, made sure they were there, I then installed an another airfield database assuming it would add it to the custom points, it would seem it wiped off the speedcam database completely.....

So does this mean you can only install 1 set if custom points at a time?

meaning I can only have either the speedcam database or another POI database?

No. It means you have to load them at the same time by combining all your POI file in one folder and loading them in one hit.
