i need to get a bigger card for maps and pois etc can anyone recomend what size to get ???

POI's take up very little room, it's the maps that gobble up your space.

I got a 1Gb 150x speed last week from a computer shop in Manchester for twenty quid that fits 95% of my european maps ( i don't think i'll be going to Scandinavia soon anyway).

You need to get the highest speed you can, as you can see mine is a 150x speed and it works great, maps load on bootup within a few seconds, however loading the maps onto your SD card with ActiveSync takes quite a bit longer, but hey! you only have to do it once.
