|
|
Hi,
I've put western europe map (in one folder) and I've put all POIs from entire europe into this folder, but TT can see only 32 categories...
How can I increase the TT memory? When I tried to add more categories TT says 'No romm for more categories'
Thanks in advance. |

Welcome to the forums, this is a regular question but there is a limit of 39 custom POI's within the software, if you exceede this the application will decide which ones are avail for use.
So in short you cannot simply add all the POI's you can find to the unit, you have to be more selective.
What device are you using is it a PDA version or a Go device? - Mike |

The limit of 39 POI's is set by TomTom, nothing to do with reg edits etc, about the only thing you can do as a work around is to add a new folder to the SD card called POI and put all your files with a .ov2 file extension into this, then use the copy/ paste option to put the ones you require into the active map folder - just remember to take them out of the map folder when not required - Mike |
