BRAND NEW BAD MOUNT

Spoke to tomtom support about the "new" bad mount that they sent to me the other day. I told them that it was no good and in fact worse than my original mount! asked them if there was a new design in the pipeline and they said no! but they were aware of the problem. So I told them that this was my second unit and that I will be taking it back to PC World for a refund and that I would buy another unit from another manufacture!. He told me to put my complaint in writing to the complaints section which I will. I had no problems with my original go or my 700.
Incidentaly tomtom says that it does read the forums.

the new mount does sem to be giving some poeple a few problems have tried the mount in different part on the windscreen
