PIN570 Traffic Information

Is there any software available that will give me Traffic Updates on my PIN570?

I have a PiN570 and am no expert. However as the PiN570 has no built in network capabilities, it can't connect with anything to receive traffic updates. You can buy a wireless network card, but as this uses the slot where the SD card containing the map sits, you can't use the GPS with the network card in place.
