Germany and Italy speed camera D/B OV2 files

Hi, i'd like to find the full speed camera D/B for Germany and Italy, the D/B for Germany which can be downloaded from this site doesn't have all speed cameras across Germany, are there any other D/B files that are available for Germany and Italy??

POIHandler has a good Germany database but this is also a subscription service.
