Hello,
I just recently recieved my new Meridian Color Series, and there's a few setbacks.
First, not all the streets are viewed. Only major roads are viewed on the map. I can't even see my own street. All I see is a blank white spot on there. Is there something I can download on there or is there a setting I can change?
Second, does this unit have a route calculator? All it has is a straight line that goes from the origin to destination and that's it. You can't just go straight there, there's roads you have to take.
I sure hope someone can help me with this. I would just like to get the most out of my new GPS. I love that thing, and I want to make it useful. |

Ypu will find you will get a better reply if you tell us exactly what Meridian model this is

| Well, how do I find out the model? I found something behind the battery back that had "model" on it, and it said that it was a Meridian Color Series USA on it, but I can't find the exact model.... |

Sorry. I am based in UK (as are most but no means all of the members in this site) and have never even heard of your model. If it is running an industry standard software then we may be able to help - do you know what software is on it? Have you got instructions book that could tell you that sort of thing?
Have you tried asking the people who sold it to you? What did they say it could do?
