RSS ?

Sorry if I seem be a bit of an Old Fogy (ha ha).
But what is RSS, please.

I have looked quite intensely but can't seem to find out what it is.

ok thanks, I will need to look a little further then, because I don't get any at all, even though the "Notify box is checked"

Feedreader 3.02 seems to be working ok, thanks to the link above.
