I ordered a new PDA from these guys........unfortunately (obviously not their fault) it turned out to be a faulty unit.
I couldnt get back to them during working hours because of my own erratic work shifts...not a problem..the MD of the company gave me his home address and arranged for me to return the unit at my convenience!!!!........A full refund followed shortly until a new model can be delivered.....
Now thats what I call Customer Service.....above and beyond the call of duty too........Thank you GPSForLess......

ps........Medion should hang their heads in shame for not offering me a replacement immediately for my old PDA seeing as it is suffering from the well known and documented failure of the charger connector...

Thankyou for your support. We will always offer the best possible service we can to our customers,in todays market its very hard to gain customers but very easy to loose them. Think you are making the correction decision waiting for the Mitac Mio P550 instead of taking the P350.
