Can anyone tell me if it is possible to add extra sound effects in the POI
audio list on TT 5.44 and if it is ,How is it done ?

First of all make sure you have the device backed up then pay a visit to http://www.tomtomsatnav.info/poiw.html read the instructions etc then download the correct version of POIExtend, create your data.chk file with up to 30 individual warnings built in - Mike

Thank you for the great advice, I'm up and working.
Could I tax your brain and ask what file format do you use to create
files for importing on to the POI (and how do you do that ?)

I tend to use POIConverter availble from "Oldies" web site http://rjdavies.users.btopenworld.com/html/poiconverter.html as for a guide to POI creation have a read of Bo-Peeps instructions at http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=13821 Well worth a read - Mike
